A budget is a financial plan that shows how much money will be available, what resources it will come from and how the budget will be used. The  annual budget for Taylor Borough, seeks to address the needs of borough residents in a cost effective and efficient manner. This budget represents Council’s commitment to building a high quality community that effectively maintains and provides funding for general government operations, repairing roads, providing police and fire protection, funding youth recreation and, maintaining parks and recreational centers during arduous economic times.  The budget contributes to the high quality of life Taylor Borough residents enjoy.
