Taylor Borough Tax Collector is an Elected Office with a term of four (4) years

Taylor Borough currently has NO BOROUGH TAXES and NO GARBAGE FEE.

Taylor Borough has a County Tax collected by Lackawanna County , PA.

All Taylor Borough residents are required to pay a 1% wage tax which is based on earned income. Don Wilkinson Agency collects this tax with 1/2% going to Taylor Borough and the other 1/2% going to the School District. The Borough Tax Collector is not responsible in any way for the collection of this tax.

Local Services Tax (LST) which is a flat fee of fifty-two dollars ($52.00) per year is also collected by the Don Wilkinson Agency (aka; Central Tax Bureau) ($47.00 goes to Taylor Borough and $5.00 goes to Riverside School District).

School Taxes are collected on a yearly basis with the schedule below. Please remember that the Tax Collector will not be able to collect taxes after December 31, mandated by law.
